The entire idea behind this program was so that it can be done anywhere, with or without equipment, and could still be legitimately progressed. All movements can be done in the square footage of a yoga mat.
You can be a total beginner or a seasoned Sporty Spice, and you'll still undoubtedly get your ass handed to you -- !!! --
I've been training BOOTY passionately for well over a decade... I did Level 1 and it got me goooooooood. 🥵
